Had the problem yesterday, downloads over 100% and never seems to stop. Tried again today same problem. Did a system update as advised on line but problem still exists or just says 'Download Failed'. Tried to contact but just got referred back to look online so have seen from this forum that Sky apparently know of the problem. Looks like just got to sit it out. Hope it's not too long!

Tried Turing broadband off and on. Updated the sky Q box software. Turned the sky q box off and on. Deleted all previous downloads of the show. Emptied the deleted items bin. Tried to download it via the sky go app. No joy š„²

Have sky given any updates about when the download issue will be fixed. The updates have been very poor

Cant download anything on q box, noticed it yesterday morning, so well over 24hrs now...any danger of an update on when this maybe sorted...

I've been with sky well over 20 years and the customer service is going down the pan. I will be cancelling when my current contract is up. Communication skills are zero. I can do much better for the same cost with economy as it is.

Same issue!
Can download programs on other channels but trying to watch The Good Doctor on sky witness and won't download any further episodes past what I've already watched. Keep saying download failed.
Turned on and off box multiple times and updated to latest software and nothing helping.

Afraid fixes from Sky have no current timescale @shipsails
All that can be said is that they are aware and working on the issue.

I am having the same issue with downloading Italia 90,download fails. All other recordings including from sky cinema download fine. This fault was noticed yesterday at 6.ppm so Sky don't seem to be making much progress on rectifying the fault no change there then.
