I rang and spoke to Sky on 20th December. I was told that Discovery + had literally informed Sky there was an issue with their servers and it wouldn't be fixed until Jan/Feb. I had the free extended year which keeps telling me to either upgrade or contact my supplier

I can't get discovery plus on my q box but it works on my pc
