Re: Channel List on Glass - full list
@Chrisee wrote:@oj01 I asked about regions and was told that the EPG will be regionalised but with the HD version on the core numbers 101 etc Thst works for ITV but won't in England for BBC1 until the regions go HD which is scheduled for 21/10. One difference of course you will no longer be able to go into the 900s to find other BBC regional output.
Did Sky themselves give you this 21 October date?

Been told elsewhere that this was a false rumour from a fake Twitter post and isn't happening until next year.

Yes heard that too in some recent online sources, that BBC HD regions had appeared by mistake on some BBC tv guides, but they have since been removed and the BBC denied that date..
There are some BBC iPlayer changes around that time for some channels Alba/Parliament going HD that are still going ahead, I believe.
Freeview currently does not have the extra capability yet across the country for HD regions at channel 1. That assumably would happen at the sametime for freeview, Sky and other platforms.

Re: Channel List on Glass - full list
Sky do seem to be fluffing this up quite a bit, doesn't come accross as very professional.
Incidentally, is radio included in Sky Glass?

Re: Channel List on Glass - full list
It's a TV service if you want radio listen to the radio, if you want music on TV then the Music Channels exist
I've never understood people needing radio on TV

Re: Channel List on Glass - full list
BBC sounds is on Sky Q so I'd imagine it will be available on Glass too, even though I never seen it listed on the content partner list. That would at least give access to BBC radio stations.
I wonder is Sky Glass capable of supporting Airplay like the Sky Q box?

Some people like everything in the same place. On Apple TV you can access radio and music so there's no reason why they shouldn't provide this on Glass. Not including AirPlay is a mistake too.
