I finally got through to Sky customer service, and after a very long wait my phone can now receive calls. Temporarily in Settings - Connections - Mobile networks, switch off VoLTE calls SIM 1. When the issue is fixed, you can then switch it back on. Hope this helps some people.

No incoming calls

More problems with Sky Mobile today. Unable to receive incoming calls. 3rd time in a month. I'm self employed and this is costing me money. Unacceptable. I don't want your free unlimited data (I have that in my contract anyway). Sort it out Sky or else I'm switching to another provider. Sick to death of this rubbish.

Totally fed up of this network letting people down. Never had an issue with other networks. I travel all over the country now people can't contact me yet again. 
Time to change networks.

My phone is still not receiving calls even though the sky employee had said the issue has been resolved. I am new to sky & did a meteor reset & made sure my iPhone has the latest update. I've emailed Sky, assuming they can't call me 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not sure which email address you've used as Sky don't use email as a general method of communication.

Can I leave my contract early as I'm fed up off this happening now, 3rd time and not even been with you a year. Was with ee before joing sky and had no issues at all so think I need to go back to them now.

@Gem05  No one here can answer that, only Sky can and you will need to call them to discuss it.

I am in Essex and have not been able to receive any calls all day. I am waiting for a call Re a new job. Very frustrating. I was with ee before and never had this.

The last time this happened other were reporting that changing to 3G and/or ordering a replacement sim helped:

If I order a new sim does it cut off the old one?

If you order a replacement and not a new sim then as soon as you activate the replacement sim it will cancel the one it is replacing.

Can’t receive calls

I still can't receive incoming calls. When my number is dialled it keeps saying 'my number is unrecognisable'.

Yesterdays issue was fixed yesterday afternoon so perhaps not related. Are you new to Sky mobile?

No, I'm not new to sky, been with them for a while now. Perhaps a different problem.
