Apprently being told to keep an eye on a certain post thats markedd answered and it will be updated however has not been updated since 02:09 today. Really not good enough considering this all happened a matter of weeks ago now and we recieved free data for a weekend by way of an apology. So frustrating

I am constantly being contacted via email/whatsapp from friends and family saying that they cannot call me.
I have checked the coverage tracker, which says its fine, switched the phone on and off, updated it and all the so-called help function suggests but i have 1 or 2 bars at best sometimes none and no 3g or 4g signal, if this carries on i will be moving to another provider. My wife's Three phone works perfectly.

A reduction in our bills is always welcome, however it would need to be approved from the top, and as so many customers are affected, it would cost quite a lot, which is why I assume they throw free data at us

Yet again my sky mobile is playing up, this is not good as I need this for work and nobody can get hold of me. Is there a problem again?

This is getting ridiculous. A few weeks ago I had problems for about a week and now this. Time for a change of network I think.

Yest again issues with sky mobile, I am unable to receive any incoming calls, calls just drop, how long is this issue going to go on for. Certainly won't be renewing my contract this time, getting ridiculous now.

I don't need more data! I need my phone to work and believe we should be compensated via our bills for these ongoing problems! So frustrating specially as not just a one-off momentary blip 😡

Mine seems to be working now so just thought I'd let everyone know. Cancelled everything though moving forwards. So fed up with the issues.
