@StephenSky  what a sad little life you lead Stephen, my mum is 70 years old been a member for sky for the best part of 30 years she is paying £58 a month and can't even record the programs she likes to watch. Again STEVEN.... WHEN SHE TRIES TO RECORD SOMETHING IT RECORDS HALF OF ONE PROGRAM AND HALF OF THE OTHER!

Is she struggling to record her programs on sky? Because if she isn't then there is no comparison!

So Mr Oracle, 1) Where is this Status Page?  the thread is 33+ pages long.  Dont expect me to read that.  Why not just send out an email to customers?  I get enough marketing emails from Sky anyway.   2) Oh...Why was this firmware not tested by the IT team before the clock change?  No excuse.

Someone from Sky has already responded numerous times on this thread, you can't expect them to do it everytime someone hops on and asks the same question again, and again, and again...

If you Google " sky status tv" then the status page is the first result.

You have omitted this effects what is shown on the TV Guide. The guide is also one hour ahead on the box though through the phone the TV guide is showing correctly.

Sadly her brain cannot currently cope with the complexity of the Sky remote, have bought her this temporarily, and I look forward to when she can use her TV properly again...
