Ok but that's all very well but 5 days is ages when we're supposed to get our body clocks used to GMT again and sky time not helping 🤔 Why only this year and not the last 16 I've been with sky?

Great question! Why is the earth supposedly burning up when it's been perfectly fine the last 16 years LOL

I hadn't seen the date provided. I was just trying to say that there are no need for the unpleasant messages in a 39 page chat when the last page opened automatically for me

Rosemary, let me ask you a question. What exactly can you not do with your Sky box today, that you could have done on Saturday (apart from using it as a clock, and I assume you own a watch, or a phone, or a clock!)

Why the negativity I was only asking? This doesn't seem to be a pleasant forum. I'm only on here to find out what's happening as other communication has been lacking.
If you are a sky employee I am not impressed with your tone.

Tv menus are also 1 hour ahead not just clock time in right top corner

Know what time of day it is 🤦

Forgive the tone, I've been following this since page 1, and simply hearing the same question again, and again, and again, and again, can be tiresome. There was no malice intended... It'll be sorted before you know it.

It more difficult when you come early on yesterday then today and find 39 pages and don't know what's been said or whether there have been any official updates

It's a know error on sky website so they aware of it.
We are aware that some customers with Sky+ boxes are seeing British Summer Time shown in the Sky Guide menu following the seasonal clock change. We are investigating this and should be resolved by Thursday 4th November. We have verified that the impact appears limited to the wrong time being shown in the clock. Watching live TV, recordings, and downloading and playing Video On Demand are working correctly. Sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

According to latest from Sky at the top of this thread;, you bear with and wait for them to fix by Thursday (at latest ; ) - hope that helps : )

A very odd and strange way for sky to get us to pay more for sky q or sky glass.
Really so sky plus viewers now don't matter.
Hmmm ok well just cancelled.
Really poor.

Fingers crossed 🤞 it's fixed bfore Thursday. The cynic in me as wondering if this was skys way of getting people to upgrade to sky q or sky glass.

That really is a strange response. So you think it's deliberate in order for you to change your package or box? And you will cancel your service just because your clock handy updated!
seriously sometimes things happen and they will take a few days to sort out. Everything else is working fine and I'm sure you have clocks/watches in your house. It's not a big deal I don't get why people are stressing so much over a time update 🙄

Here's a simple fix for those who can't seem to live without skys clock. Whatever the time is when you look at it subtract 0ne hour and that is what time it is today. Same for programming. So if eastenders is on at 9pm according to your sky listings then subtract one hour and it magically becomes 8pm. Wow!
