Yep, manually force a download update - read the last 2 pages here to find out numerous times how to do it...

As your box appears to have missed the update then you can do this yourself, this link will help you to do it:

Is your box powered on overnight? as the auto fix has been sent several times so far, you could manually update, See question Q04 in my Sky+ FAQ
