That's the software version - not the type of box.
But it seems like you're on the same type as the ones with the clock error, but are several versions out of date. I'd force an update if I were you.

@safc1957 The issue only affects two models of boxes and it's only these that will receive the update
whats the version number of your box
I'm guessing given that your still on r020 your box is not affected so will not receive the update

I have looked again at Settings/System details and for the life of me I can't find which box I have ???
When I first saw the clock was an hour out ( Sunday 8am ) I managed to speak to Sky technical person ( a miracle I know..but I did ) and we did a manual update which didn't change the clock.
Since then my box has been 'upgraded'..I still have a Sky+HD but its a refurbished box provided by Sky and was installed by a Sky engineer. I have update R020 on the screen so I assume I will need to do a manual software update....BUT..do I need to mess with the box if the clock is showing the correct time ???

Hi everyone just wanted to check if my Sky+ HD box software will be updated tomorrow the number is R024.092.08.00P, I've had the box since 2017. Thanks

Just done a software update, time and recordings are now showing correct time.

Take out and replace the viewing card and the time will be correct

The software will be automatically sent and installed on your box at 2.10 tomorrow morning @Dave+62 , it will be R024.092.10.00P

I manually updated the software and did not touch the card, I guess your box updated last night and the card swapping was just snake oil
