So what your saying is you had issues, you complained you got it sorted?. This is exactly what everyone is trying to do here @StephenSky but you keep sliding in with your unhelpful comments. I don't even have sky! I just have to sort it out for my Mum who doesn't use the Internet and because Sky is all she known doesn't wasn't to change..... This doesn't mean she should have to put up a crap service. She can not record programs because of the time change. Just for the record has it been fixed?
Weird. Everyone else affected by this bug can record - just set it to record via the TV guide, same as usual.

***IMPORTANT UPDATE PLEASE READ***
Sky+HD boxes showing the wrong time will be automatically updated in the early hours of Wednesday and Thursday morning to correct this problem.
We strongly recommend leaving your box to update automatically as this is the simplest way to receive the update.
If you would like to update your box sooner, you can follow the manual update instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/updating-sky-box/updating-software-sky-plus-hd.
After the update, your box will be running the new software version R024.092.10.00P. You can check the software version by pressing “SERVICES” on your remote, selecting “Settings”, and navigating to the “Details” tab. You will find the software version next to “Model Number”.”

I concur, yesterday with me, both episodes of Coronation Street, The Repair Shop, and Wheeler Dealers all recorded as per normal. (Please don't judge me on my choice of TV LOL)

Looks like I will have to go back and check her sky box then, it's there other ways she could be recording things other than the way you just explained? She said it's only started happening since the time was wrong?

I have looked at my planner, and can see no other way to record. The main thing is to currently ignore the time of the show, just concentrate on the name of the show you want, highlight it, and hit the 'record' button. It will 'ignore' the time and simply record the show when broadcast. It would be interesting to find out if your mum is trying to compensate for the time error, and is attempting to record the 'actual' timeslot, rather than the show...

@StephenSky Ahhhh you hit the right word there Stephen............ Common Sense. That is the key thing missing from so many posts.

I will go and check it out. But this doesn't explain why it has been recording half of one show and half of another?.

Not me - I gave up with Wheeler Dealers when Ed left! I'm also not affected by this bug as I'm a Q user and didn't post that list of programmes....

We had a power cut on Sunday and my Sky+ box has reverted back to before the hour changed and I cannot see anywhere to change this. All my programme set ups re showing an hour later than they actually are.

Now, 10 years ago I did knock Eastenders on the head as it genuinely would do you emotional damage, at least Corry has writers that know how to inject a bit of comedy into a soap, though the last 2 weeks has been tough! LOL
