Hi,

we are having the same problem on both our Sky+ boxes. Worried this will effect our planned recordings. Tried to update, as recommended online but nothing changed  Cannot find a phone number for Sky! Any advice?

I'm so confused this morning after the clocks going back.  My Sky box has not switched to the correct time and it is showing programmes for the hour ahead.

I'm sure it usually re-sets automatically.  Have they forgotten?

Looks like programs are at correct time just the clock not changed. I checked freeview, and match of the day is at same on at same point and freeview clock is at 08.04 where sky is at 09.04.

@Noreenoc My Sky Q is fine, as are the future scheduled recordings. Some Sky+ customers have posted this problem on the Sky+ forum pages though.

It's now 9am and it's still not updated? I've reset my box but it's still showing the wrong time.

My sky box has not switched time GMT when the clocks went back last night. I can't find anything in settings to allow me to change the time. Is there anything g I can do or is a problem as I can see others have also sent messages with the same issue. Will this be resolved automatically

Mine is the same never ever happened before! Sky sports and news times are right its just the sky box 1 hour in front!

Clock not gone back an hour on sky epg

Why has my sky epg clock not gone back an hour overnight? Ive unplugged, rebuilt epg still wrong time.
