I merely pointed out to @Noreenoc that it would appear Q boxes were unaffected and that other + customers had noted the same issue and already posted about it on the correct forum. This post was subsequently moved to that forum by an Oracle or staff member.

I've spoken to Sky and they were not aware of the problem. Talked me through update, which I'd tried twice with no effect. I said perhaps it's a way of getting us all to switch to Q! They are trying to log the fault & will come back to me. Hope this helps!

It seems an awful lot of people, including me, are having this problem. It would be really helpful if we could be told what is going on please.

The clocks went back last night at 2am so Sky should be showing GMT not BST. Also the browser-based Sky TV guide has the vertical time marker in the wrong place — it's an hour fast as well!

Have updated software and it's still showing incorrect time. It's never done this before and always updates itself. Glad it's not just me as I thought maybe it was just my box 🤣🤣

I tried the old switching it off and on again but that didn’t work! Seems they have acknowledged the issue to another person on this thread. I have also tweeted them. Hope they sort it out soon

Don't think you can do anything I think everyone with the HD boxes is having the same issue. Just hope my recordings don't mess up

My set top box has not adjusted the time, to put the time back 1 hour, when the clocks went back this morning?

Managed to get hold of someone on the 0333 number.
He had me turn the box off..pull the plug from the back of the box...wait two minutes..press the 'back up' button on the sky box and at the same time put the mains back in to the box..had to wait 30 seconds until the 4 different coloured buttons lit up on the front of the box and up came a message saying UPDATING SYSTEM SOFTWARE which took 10 minutes.
Unfortunately the main clock on the box is still one hour out.
Sky are aware of this and will get it 'fixed' in the next 24 hr.
The guy i spoke to didnt know if this will effect tonights recordings..so keep an eye out.
