Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreMy 3 pucks havecrolled back from 13.052 to 13.007 given the only customer facing feature in the new firmware is the find the remote feature its no loss.
The changes to Disney+ are due to a new app version and is not related to the firmware.

@Chrisee so that's probably why my puck hasn't updated!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paul+Boland my main puck is runjing in 2160p on QS13.007 and Disney + is in D v and Atmos. Cannotvexplain your findings suggest you reboot the units and check the video output you need 2160p at 10 bit colourvto get DV
@Anonymous you are probably right not sure when my units rolled back or why but at a guess it was Sky playing safe as 13.007 seems stable and the pucks dont need the "find the remote" - getting a message "its in your hand" is vaguely amusing but not that useful really.

I was getting Dolby Vision on Apple TV app yesterday every few tries and then it would disappear again - seems to have given up altogether today so must be a problem with app.
Were you getting Dolby Vision on Apple before?

Been on the phone to the help desk this morning. They didn't know that people were getting rolled back to firmware QS13.007.02P so are looking into what's going on as they think we should be on 009.
Also sending me a new Puck as couldn't fix my Apple TV app issue so I can't complain - way better service than I've had before from them!!

I truly believe sky are fully aware they've released a product that is let's say "falling short" of even their expectations at this point in its release and are therefore going the extra mile to sort things out for customers.
They were excellent with me in fairness calling me every week without fail for an update.

Why are so much people on different version numbers? I truly believe my sky glass apple issue, is just due to the software nothing to do with the TV hardware itself.

I have now lost Dolby Atmos on my sky glass Netflix app along with Apple TV app. Disney+ / Amazon Prime are okay for now .

Do you just have the stream box? or do you also have sky glass?
