I think the difference between 502 and 503 is a slight pitch change on the sound the find my remote makes 😂

The latest software for Sky Glass  is QS013.502.00P or QS013.503.00P

Some Sky Glass  will still be on QS013.502.00P

That's not unusual. as 503 is just a minor update.

You can't do a forced software update to a newer software version.

Your Sky Glass will update when Sky apply software update its done in stages its  not done same time for all customers  Sky Glass TV

Sky Stream Pucks was reverted to version QS13.007.02P on December 16th for most customers

Next sotware update will be QS014  that  will start to be rolled out from January 2023 

Some customers will get that update in January or February

I messed up with the version I have. Been so many I'm getting confused 🤣.

I'll be patient and wait for the updates as/when.
