Myself and my mother in law are having the same issue, we clicked the link yet haven't received as email with a voucher on it! I have checked my junk folder and it's not in there either??

Sky have advised they are sending an email with my reward voucher but I have not received it!

The refer a friend voucher will be issued two weeks after you or your friend's 31 day cooling off period.

I've received the email about my sign up bonus and clicked "receive" and after a week I'm still waiting for an email confirmation and the voucher to be sent. I've looked online and spoke with my friend who recommended sky to me and both he and all the people online are having the same problem. If someone could email me with a solution id appreciate it

My daughter referred me in September 2024 when the offer was £125 for tv streaming and broadband. I signed up for both. We have only ever received £75, and when I phoned they refused to acknowledge the offer and said it was only £75!!
They are liars and if I could cancel the whole thing I would. They change the terms in the 45 day period and don't recognise YOUR original offer.

Just an update we got our codes for the vouchers through yesterday and they both worked ok. So took about 3 weeks from clicking the original email to getting the codes through.

I’m also having the same issue completed my steps but the voucher hasn't been sent. Tried using the virtual assistant but might as well just bang my head against a wall.

Don't bother posting here about this issue, they just delete your posts. It is illegal to breach a contract as we all know, but Sky think they are a law unto themselves. I will keep posting until I get my vouchers in full!!

As I said Sky are a law unto themselves! They don't like criticism in ANY form!! If they delivered as they promised people wouldn't need to break their "rules". Fact!!
