Unlinking Sky Id

I had a sky account which I closed 4 years ago. I've just set up a new package and can't unlink my SkyId from the previous account to process my new one. I just get a "whoops there's been an error message". Anyone got any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Hi @Scotsirl001   Have you tried to disassociate your email address from your old account?
