Just received confirmation of entitlement for the £75 voucher. Completed all the online application details. Sky confirmed voucher being sent to my email address, but did not receive it. I have checked spam, trash etc. No means to contact sky to re-issue code.

The delay in vouchers being received are due to an unexpected demand. There's no need to ask for your details to be escalated to our messaging team, as they don't have any control over this. You don't need to take any action. As soon as we've been made aware that the issue is resolved, we'll update everyone.

Me nor my friend have received our refer a friend reward
I got the email to claim my reward (from my friend referring me). I clicked the link to claim but I didn't have very good signal so waiting until I got home that day. Got home and tried to search for the email it's not there anymore... I never got to select which place I'd like my voucher to be but now don't even have the email to try again. My friend has never even received this email so neither of us have benefited from this incentive.
and for the life of me, I can't find an email address to email someone. I work long days and don't have time to be stuck on hold for 45 mins so was hoping for a way to click a few buttons on their website and resend the emails but I can't find anything to help (and the AI Chat Bot is useless!!).
Does anyone know the easiest way to get this sorted?

There is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found via this FAQ at the bottom of this link:

I've got exactly the same problem. checked with the person who referred me and theirs hasn't come through either. Emailed the referafriend@sky.uk today waiting for a reply. Will let you know the result.

They replied and asked for account numbers and postcodes etc for me and my friend. I've replied with the information they've needed and waiting on a response.

Refer a Friend Confirmation
Had the email from Sky asking me to claim voucher now available
Clicked on the link and got nothing.
If i click back on it, it says voucher has already been claimed.
Have also checked my junk....
