my account is showing as suspended , but im up to date with my bill

my sky account is showing as suspened ,but im up to date with my payments

Are you services (ie: TV, Broadband etc) restricted or just access to your account?

What's the background to this please? Do you pay by direct debit? Have you ,ade a manual payment? What does your Sky account show?

Are you saying your account says restricted when you login but your services are working ?

@MikryMike  Is it actually suspended or is the page showing access restricted

i can still use my services, but trying to look at upgrading something , but it wont do it .
