I have been with sky for over a year and started having problems as i am a pensioner. asked sky for help and got a call in which the person i spoke to was not helpful at all. she also was rude. she said keep paying till september as your contract finishes in september and see at that time what offer you will get. anyone can advice what can i do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@shaukat57 there's no excuse for rudeness, of course, but I'm afraid the adviser was correct. You signed up to a fixed minimum term in exchange for a discounted price. Once your 'contract' ends in September you'll be able to seek a further discounted term or cancel.
