Claiming Friends and Family Refferal Vouchers Issue

I reffered a family member to sky. We used my family and friends refferal link and signed her up to Sky Stream, Entertainment and Netflix Premium. Once she recieved her pucks and we set her up, we entered her sky account number to claim the vouchers but it said new customers only but she is a new customer and her account number is brand new. Can you help me claim the vouchers please?
