Claiming Friends and Family Refferal Vouchers Issue

I reffered a family member to sky. We used my family and friends refferal link and signed her up to Sky Stream, Entertainment and Netflix Premium. Once she recieved her pucks and we set her up, we entered her sky account number to claim the vouchers but it said new customers only but she is a new customer and her account number is brand new. Can you help me claim the vouchers please?

@CharlotteAA34  it doesn't sound like this has been done correctly The family member had to signup by clicking the referral link you sent them first then continue the sign up process by following instructions on screen after clicking the link 


can you confirm the above was done?

 

if you or they didn't do this then you and they can't claim the rewards as the correct procedure wasn't followed and the code cannot be added retrospectively by cs agents I'm afraid

Hiya, yes this was done. They clicked my link and then selected a package and signed up to Sky. The pucks were delivered and set up this afternoon.

Don't you receive the rewards after the cooling off period has expired?

 

Didn't you receive emails to confirm the rewards process was initiated?

 

You should contact Sky to report your issue☹️

I would give this a day or so again as it can sometimes take 24 hours for new accounts like this to be fully registered. If after this time you see the same error then give Sky a call.
