I'm trying to log into my account but it's coming up with an old account. Getting error messages when unlinking

Have you tried logging into the old account and removing the email address used as the household/communication one, you will need to provide another but it doesn't matter what you put there.

Hi, I'm unable to unlink my account from the previous sky ID, also I'm not exactly sure how there is a previous sky ID as this is my first time with sky, the link on the my details page just directs me to an error page.

I think this issue is preventing my router from being delivered to my address as I just recently joined sky for the broadband only package.

If you are new to Sky then you shouldn't need to unlink anything so did the website suggest that it found a previous account as it shouldn't be doing this if you are new to Sky and not a returning customer.

Yes, on the details page it is telling me that it found an old account linked to my ID and that I need to unlink it, I've attached the screenshot to this reply. I'd like some help to get rid of this as I would like my router to come.

I think all you can do is to call Sky for help with this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
