I can't see that my switch credit has been applied to my account

I have applied and received the confirmation email to say it would be applied to my May bill. But not on May or June

I have applied and checked all bills yes. I have received the confirmation email to state it would be applied to May bill

I would contact Sky by using the switching credit email address.

 

Been waiting more than 14 days? Email us at [email protected] with your Sky account number and postcode and we’ll check why there’s a hold up.
