Sky are not charging me correctly

I have renewed in August and sky are still trying to overcharge me for my account, I took cinema and kids in August, in September I paid the surcharge because we were over the cut off so paid extra then October they tried to tell me I needed to pay again I challenged it and thought I resolved it for sky to then cut me off and add the old fee back on top and told me I had to pay full amount to turn tv back on

@Mr+purdy  Services would only be restricted due to non payment, you will need to pay what Sky say you owe and setup a new direct debit before Sky will speak to you, once services are restored you can query the amounts with them.

Are your services currently restricted?

Re: Sky are not charging me correctly

Why would I pay more than I owe when I already spoke to them and thought it was sorted

@Mr+purdy  I know it's frustrating but you have no choice but to pay and setup a new continuous payment before you can speak to sky and get this sorted

sky will of course refund any monies wrongly charged but you have to pay first I'm afraid
