I have renewed in August and sky are still trying to overcharge me for my account, I took cinema and kids in August, in September I paid the surcharge because we were over the cut off so paid extra then October they tried to tell me I needed to pay again I challenged it and thought I resolved it for sky to then cut me off and add the old fee back on top and told me I had to pay full amount to turn tv back on

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mr+purdy Services would only be restricted due to non payment, you will need to pay what Sky say you owe and setup a new direct debit before Sky will speak to you, once services are restored you can query the amounts with them.
