Sky Glass bill brought forward.

Hi all,

 

I have checked my bill and it says that I have a payment in December and a payment in January combined, so I essentially need to pay double for this period.

 

I'm unsure why this has happened as I haven't missed any payments.

 

Can anybody shed some light on this?

If you go back to Decembers bill was it shown as being paid because if it wasn't then instead of suspending your services your bill has been added to your next one.

Hi, Nov - Dec was paid. Dec - Jan and Jan - Feb seems to be the ones combined. I'm quite confused.
