If Sky have allowed an outstanding balance to be carried forward, I would imagine your services won't be restricted (unless anyone knows differently). But they'll likely expect the full amount to be made when your next bill is due.

For what it is worth I agree with @Mark39 on this as your services would have been restricted by now but that fact the outstanding amount has been added to your next bill should mean that they will not be.
