I have two monthly bills, one for Broadband and one for TV, can I get my two bills onto one bill?

No - as the services are different products and have their own billing cycles. You will notice in your My Sky account that the TV and the Boradband products are shown as separate accounts, as a result this is the reason the billing is separate for them.

That is strange because I have the opposite situation. I get one bill for tv and broadband and have asked for them to be separated to fulfil the criteria for the natwest reward cashback.
I was given a categorical no.

If you have sky satellite tv and sky broadband then they are combined onto a single bill as they are both running off the same sky billing system hence why you were told correctly that you can't have separate
if you have sky glass or sky stream tv and sky broadband then the billing is separate because sky has a separate billing system for sky glass/stream
