I received an email saying I can no longer use the card details I provide and to give them a different card to use, however this is the only card I have and so how do i go about reusing the same card details? I'm up to date with my payments (I'm actually in credit on my account) so im not sure why this has happened?

sounds Like a scam to me as sky would never ask for payment details via email especially if there is a link directly you to payment (don't open it)

It is from sky because when I log onto my account i get a little warning message to say i have to provide new payment details too

Well it was already set up as a direct debit and then i tried adding my card details and it's still coming up with the same message

As you can't change your payment details I would suggest calling instead.
