Reusing the same card details

I received an email saying I can no longer use the card details I provide and to give them a different card to use, however this is the only card I have and so how do i go about reusing the same card details? I'm up to date with my payments (I'm actually in credit on my account) so im not sure why this has happened?

@AriaL  Are you sure it's genuinely from sky

sounds Like a scam to me as sky would never ask for payment details via email especially if there is a link directly you to payment (don't open it)

Did you use a link in the email to go to your account or did you just go via the MySky app or website ?

If you don't have another card then do you have a bank account so instead you can provide direct debit details ?

You can't have it setup as a direct debit if Sky were taking it from your card as you must have had one or the other setup and not both.

As you can't change your payment details I would suggest calling instead.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
