Mysky App not showing product details

Good afternoon all,

I know this has happened to other people so I am just wondering if there is a solution without chasing-

I have just placed an order online ref skyq and have received confirmation by email and have made a one off payment which has gone through and appointment booked in on mysky app as normal but the your products section now says "unfortunately we cant complete you order call 0333 7594830" but the order has gone through!

Any help to avoid having to make a call and a long hold would be much appreciated.
