I've posted back the old broadband router and have proof of postage and also have proof from the Royal Mail app for it being delivered back to Sky on 31/10/24.
But got message from you today (12/11/24) to return it asap which I already have done.
On the tracker it states it's in transit and has been for a while.
i posted 29th October 2024 and just not wanting to receive a penalty for not sending it back even though we have.
