Hi,
Why is it always impossible for Sky to get things right.
My Broadband contract came to an end so I phoned up to see what they could do for me.
On the phone, they said they will renew for £32.00 plus an additional £ 5.00 discount for a year. I have this on email but checked my bill and I was charged £39.00, phoned up, said they would look into...... New bill is £36.00!!!
They're obviously doing this on purpose and this is surely illegal right? How do I escalate my complaint? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
