Can't access online account

I need to change my payment method but every time I try to access my payment information I get a message saying this information is restricted. I can't seem to access any useful information even though I've set up an account and signed in. Please help as the bot doesn't seem to know how to help me.

Are you signed in with the correct Sky ID/email address as only the primary users account login can access billing details.

Yes it's the only email address and account associated with our broadband service, which is the only service we get from Sky.
