Just about to re-subscribe and on the Sky Signature pacage it says it will be £25.50 for 24 months. It also say that Prie will Increase by £4 per month from April. I know that the prices increase in April, but surely this is the annual rise and it doesn't go up every month.

It won't go up every month, but you'll pay an additional £4 from April onwards.

Re: Price Increase
Thanks, that was what I thought was going on, but they way it is worded, it makes you think it is a monthly increase.👍

Re: Price Increase
Is £4 a month the standard price increase for Sky Signature? Currently not in contract as do not want to be tied in for another 24 months and got discounts of £5 + £4 so paying £27.50, but just noticed this will increase on 7 April to £31.50, which is a big increase. Nothing received from Sky so far regarding the price increase.

Re: Price Increase
@NolongerTrustSk bills do not routinely increase other than discounts expiring or annual increases.
What do your bills show? You might have differing minimum terms ending or you have variable costs such as phone calls or rentals. Increase may occur over 2 months due to pro-rata billing.

Re: Price Increase
I don't use Sky for phones or broadband. Do have Sky Q including multi-room and HD but all ended on the same day.

Re: Price Increase
Have you checked those five bills from one month to the next to see where the difference is being applied? Click on any blue arrow next to any questionable item on your online bill.

I would suggest it would be a good idea to understand the variations on the bills. If you rent movies for example...

I don't rent movies or anything else. Services haven't changed one iota for 18 months.

Check your bills. There's a full breakdown there of what you're paying for and how it has changed. It will show the reason for the increases. If in doubt, you can post a copy here and another Community member will be able to explain, where necessary. If you do that, don't include any personal data, such as your Sky account number.
