Is there an alternative way to do this if I can't call sky? I'm not a sky mobile customer so I'm unwilling to pay the call charge from my mobile, and I don't have a house phone (it's 2025 lol). It's ridiculous there doesn't seem to be an option in the mysky app or anywhere online.
