Saturday I received a phone call (removed), saying they were phoning from Sky Promotions & they had new deals for me due to Sky worrying about the amount of people leaving. I was offered a reduction to my Sky TV & broadband, pls a free iPhone X. To be honest, I was struggling with the ladies accent, but she knew lots of information regarding my bill amounts etc. This was followed up with an email from Sky Promotions. Today, I've received delivery of a iPhone ProMax & then an email regarding my "Swap", I didn't agree to this, but as been mentioned in numerous threads, it's impossible to speak to a person to discuss. I didn't agree to a swap or for my mobility le device payment to increase or to send my current mobile back. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. Thanks in advance

It is almost certainly NOT Sky you have been talking to.
The scam involves ordering an expensive device on your account and then getting you to return it to them (and not Sky).
The scammers have the phone and you are paying for it.
Change your passwords immediately and contact Sky only through official channels. Ignore any contact you now receive, especially about 'returning' the phone you've received. You may also get a courier knock on your door to collect it - do not give it to them.

Definitely a scam. Sky 150 were brilliant when I phoned them. A fraud report has been opened & I've given them phone numbers. Plus the postman turned up today with a return label for the phone. The address in Leeds has now also been given to Sky. Hopefully this information will be given to the police.
