Hello,
I recently got a new phone contract with sky and I paid off the first Monthly bill a few days ago however today another £50 has just came off and it now says I am now in credit for January/February bill....... is there any way I can get this refunded, I did not want this to happen and I'm unsure on why this happened as I don't have any direct debit setup.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you ordered this contract you msut have supplied payment details, if so that is why are Sky are takking it from you as it is part of the terms and conditions that you must have a payment setup so they can do this.
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I understand, I assumed if I had just said before the due date (as I have done before with o2) it would just assume that I've paid it for the month rather than putting me into credit. I appreciate you escalating this for me
