Double payment

Due to my credit card being used fraudently, my bank cancelled it for me. So I changed my payment method, and decided to be sure to pay it directly as it was due the next day, as I didn't want to be in arrears! But the amount was taken out the next day...so double payment! How to I get a refund??

The credit should be used to pay your next bill.
