Hi
My wife has taken over the sky tv account from me. I've closed my account, and my wife has opened a new one. She's kept the existing sky box, but I've received an SMS saying a non-return charge will be made if I don't return it. Even though my wife has simply kept the existing box.
Can you clarify asap please SKY and let me know if and how I need to contact sky to stop the non-return charge.
Thank you.

Your wife hasn't actually taken over the account as you have closed it which is why you need to return the box as it is not possible to transfer an account. As your wife should have been sent her own box you will need to return it and this link will help you to do this:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

@hullabaloo01 As mentioned by @caesarome when returning make sure you obtain and keep indefinitely proof of postage and should Sky still take the non return fees post back on this thread and we can get you some help to recover them
