Hello,
I closed my broadband account last month and there is a credit balance on my account. When can I expect the balance to be credited to my bank account please? Is it done automatically, been about 4 weeks now...
Would rather avoid having to call Sky to get this sorted because of call charges.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreRefunds normally take up to six weeks but if you do call Sky they can process it in 3-5 working days.
