Discussion topic: Refund of balance in credit?

Hello,

I closed my broadband account last month and there is a credit balance on my account. When can I expect the balance to be credited to my bank account please? Is it done automatically, been about 4 weeks now...

Would rather avoid having to call Sky to get this sorted because of call charges.

Refunds normally take up to six weeks but if you do call Sky they can process it in 3-5 working days.
