Non automated contact number

What is sky contact number I can’t seem to find it to talk to an actual human

All numbers go through the same automated system Im afraid as there magic number that will allow you to bypass it. So it is a case of battling with the bot before you can get to talk to someone.

Thank you for your response I have been trying for days and still no luck to talk to a human it can be so frustrating

@Charmaine12  there is no non automatic number you just have to stay on the line don't reply to any prompts and don't hang up

I don't know if Sky monitors these discussions but dealing with Sky is so difficult now compared to when I first joined them 18 years ago. On the phone for 24 minutes and on hold 4 times to try and change contract. Very frustrating Indian call centre who don't listen and who clearly follow a script which they are unable to deviate from. Time was you spoke to someone in a Scottish call centre and you explained what you wanted to achieve once and they had a degree of autonomy to make things happen without endlessly having to refer to somebody else and asking you the same questions repeatedly. Time to consider alternatives.
