Cant add mobile account to my sky id account
I have a sky ID but i am unable to add my sky mobile to it, I'm deaf so i cant phone the number and the chat isnt helpful. Ive recently changed bank and i need to chcange my direct debit. Ive been referred to a debt collection agency for my last payment, I have the money, just not able to set up a new direct debit!
can anyone help please? I have the mobile agreement, and the bills come to the same email address as the sky account emai address so I dont know what i'm doing wrong!
