Wifi max charge when i have fibre

I have sky fibre broadband and upgrade to this from normal sky broadband. The signal wasn't good on normal broadband so I tried the WiFi max booster to see if there was a difference. Itdidnt work so I returned it and upgrade to fibre. Since then they have chatge me £6.50 a monthfor this even though I don't have it and don't need it. I have complained a number of times but I'm still being charged each month. Any know how to stop this?

I would lime to keep this open and relieve email replies as I work shifts and can not answer the phone.

You mean the chat? It closes automatically after 48 hours. Sky generally don't communicate by email.

 

Do you want us to re-open the chat for you, on that basis?
