No email from sky about end of contract #sky stream and Broadband

My dad is set up with sky and is registered with sky emails but for some unknown reason my dad as not received any confirmation about my tv contract ending and then.guven options then to renew your new contract with sky not received anything I've been sent it via my sky app and I've add confirmation that its coming to an end soon but he hasn't got anything yet
