Charged twice

I revived a email saying I'm overdue on my payment, and I made the payment then check my bank and I already had direct debt come out, so I paid twice

If a payment has failed or not been taken for whatever reason then Sky will try again 10 days later if your payment method is via a direct debit. Usually the email would mention this.

 

For the overpayment do you now see a credit on your account as we can arrange some help for you via here tomorrow regarding a refund if you would like but only if you now see a credit on your account.
