New to Sky Glass and can’t find my mobile sims bill

Hey,

So I used to have Sky Q & mini until last Monday where I upgraded to Sky Glass due to the trees effecting the dish. Anyway I noticed today on the app that I can't find my sky mobile account, I can only see streaming tv and bb & talk accounts . Could anyone help? Much appreciated.

I think you will need to call Sky to speak to their ID team about this as your mobile account might need unlinking if you have a new Sky ID for your Sky Glass.
