Mysky App thinks i have sky glass when i don't.
All devices on all screens when i log into my main account defaults to asking for my postcode.
After putting that in it tries to "find my sky glass account" which i don't have as i've never purchased it.
It asks for the 1st and 2nd digit of my payment account for sky glass which i cannot provide and therefore cannot log into my mysky app.
I've been on the phone for over 4 hours now being bounced around between sky tech, skyq, skyglass and no one has figured out what they've done my to account.
I think there's an empty sky glass account somehow linked to the rest of my accounts they just don't know how to find it.

There has been a few posts along these lines for some reason recently, if you are getting no where on the phone then you could try social media for help:
