Issues setting up new account

I keep trying to set up a new account for broadband + TV, get right through to last page and get a blank screen, tab title changes to 'We're sorry' and the url changes to https://www.sky.com/checkout/error?=stream&code=create.order.failure

I've tried with chat multiple times but it's pretty useless and isn't recognising what the error is. 

I realised in one of the attempts I'd created an account so I changed that to a different email address, signed out, and tried again as a new customer after seeing other community posts and still have had no luck.

As we can't escalate your posts at present you are going to have to call Sky about this and perhaps talk to their ID team to get some help n getting this sorted. An alternative option is to use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get some help.

I can't even seem to find a contact number anywhere on their site, everything just takes me to the chat assistant or directs here? It's putting me off joining at this point!
