Bills is too high am on benifits

I can not afford 85 a month so I would like to sort this out to a better deal or close my account

As you are only talking to other customers all we can suggest is that you call Sky to speak to them about this to see if they will offer you a discount and if they do it will mean agreeing to a new contract. If they will not then you will need to give 31 days notice to cancel a TV subscription and 14 days for broadband/talk.
