In the MY Sky app it says my sky tv is paid in green bubble but when i go into the bill itself it says my scheduled payment not recieved?
I paid both my broadband and tv bill manually cause i never when money will leave my account could this be the cause? if so how come it's not saying the same for my broadband bill even though both were activated on the same day.

Whatever your reason for doing this is, there is no point in doing it for a few reasons one of which it can cause issues like this. If you did it due to a funding issue then one way around that is to change your billing date.
Does the payment you made appear on your bill as a credit because if it does then you haven't actually paid the bill as making this payment as all you have done it to add a credit to your account which will explain why it says the bill hasn't been paid.

Ah it does say £22 credit. Another payment came out of my bank today for £22 would that be them collecting the payment for the tv? i Also paid my broadband bill manually but on that bill it says balnce £0.00.

Hello i had a payment come out automatically on moday, and the payment cleared today yet it still says they haven't receieved payment on the mysky app

Hello Caesarome,
I called sky, and explained the issue and they were confused cause in my account on thier end it shows the bill as payed and in credit. We both just chalked it up to the app being weird. The agent said i can just ignore the banner and carry on as usual
