Sky tv says paid in app But in bills says they couldn't collect payment

In the MY Sky app it says my sky tv is paid in green bubble but when i go into the bill itself it says my scheduled payment not recieved?

I paid both my broadband and tv bill manually cause i never when money will leave my account could this be the cause? if so how come it's not saying the same for my broadband bill even though both were activated on the same day.

All you can do is to call Sky about this.
