Pls tell me how can I talk with them.
@Manme
If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
Be aware that as with most large companies nowadays the start will be automated and these automated responses may try to send you back to the forum.

There will be no automatic contact from Sky due to you posting on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. No one is "robbing you". Perhaps a discounted offer has ended.
Sky TV
~ To remove part of your package or cancel it completely you’ll need to contact Sky giving the required notice of 31 days. Be aware, the latest T’s and C’s for TV subscriptions state you can only cancel within a minimum discounted term if Sky agree to it. If they do allow it you’ll end up paying off the rest of the discounted term.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by ringing or writing in.
If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.
If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget it’s very important that you keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es). Return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period.
Sky Broadband and Sky Talk
~ To cancel totally, or if you’re moving to a provider like Virgin Media who don’t use the Openreach set up, you'll have to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in the initial 18 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
If you are changing to another provider who also uses the Openreach infrastructure then join up with them and they should contact Sky on your behalf.
You’ll need to return any loaned router to Sky, so it’s very important you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period.

My contract expires shortly . I spoke to customer service accounts last week and told them my renewal premium was too high. especailly as new customers were being offered much betterv deals. They said they would look into it and arranged a call back yesterday with an hours time slot. The call never came. I kept the line free. Is there a direct line phone number to the retention office as the number I originally callee hadso many options the I had to wait 40 minutes on hold before I spoke to a human being. . I am on Sky Q and broadband. its like they do not want my business

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere is no direct dial number to this, or other, departments. You will have to persevere by dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline.

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

The forum doesn't allow phone numbers to be displayed in full but if the 150 doesn't work try the link provided above.

Thank you very much. Whilst posting this I was called be a sub contratctor who said that you will never get an update as they don't always know what the sub contractors schedule is like. I have had to shut down work within 15 minutes notice as they said they were on they way to my home. I am dissappointed. Wish I could speak to someone. I still do not know a date when it will be finally sorted.
